Welcome!

I’ve been documenting my creative endeavors since 2014. Thoughts on the creative process, my travels, shows, new ideas and what’s on my easel are just a few things I post on. Feel free to linger…

"Vessels" Show Opening Today at Glen Arbor Arts Center, Near Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore

Today the “Vessels” show will be up and ready for curious onlookers in-person and virtually at the Glen Arbor Arts Center location, off the main drag in the idyllic lakeside town of Glen Arbor. I was very happy to hear that I was juried into this show. The gallery is lovely, and there isn’t a ton of wall space there, so making the cut was even sweeter, given the number of artists accepted was a small number compared to submitted entries.

My work is also currently online for Maryland Federation of Art’s Curve Gallery’s “Elemental” show that can be viewed here:

We just took our oldest kiddo to college over the past few days and boy, was that was a whole lot of emotions that unexpectedly tackled me. I’m not a big weeper, but geez. I guess that’s the only downside to having a wonderfully grown adult child who is officially on her own now (except for money!).

Please feel free to contact me about new work. School is starting in 10 days (woohoo!) and my days will have more structure and time at the easel. Hope you all have a wonderful Labor Day weekend and thank you for stopping by to new viewers in Denmark, Philly, Columbus and Brooklyn, NY!
