Our senior just got back from her senior missions trip to Belize. On the last day of the trip, she had a wonderful local treat—local lobster ceviche.
This painting is inspired by the sweet, delicious crustacean that just so happens to be in season in the Southern Americas as opposed to here in the Northern Americas, where we are expecting snow tonight and tomorrow. It’s in the 20’s here and our daughter has sunburn. Is that a common irony or a rosy paradox?
The painting isn’t anywhere near viewable but I’m excited about all the soupy paint on my table and wanted to offer a peek. This piece may end up at the Winter Artists Guild Show at Crooked Tree Gallery in December.
Stay tuned and thank you for stopping by.
