Today I got some of the clouds in and will add shading tomorrow. Also tidied up some ugly looking rocks. Need to lighten it up a great deal before I’m all done.
One of the hardest parts of getting a composition balanced and easy to look at is knowing when to cut loose areas that are too busy or are competing with the rest of the piece as a whole.
