It was downright glorious out today! 64 degrees, full sun, fall breeze, and a houseful of smells like German clay pot dinner, sweet yeast rolls, and roasted butternut squash. Cooking and painting can be done in tandem as my studio is right off the kitchen. I had a perfect day! God is good.
I got in a good walk with my bulldozer of a Weimaraner, and looked at vintage cars with my little guy, who is as of this week, taller than me.
And to top it off, I had some great easel time with early Dave Matthews tunes and a Cab Franc to boot. As much as I miss summer already, cool weather food and drink are calling…
